Party Like It’s 2000 With Classic Games Revived On The Web

Ars Technica discovered a treasure trove of classic multiplayer games which have resurrected as web based versions you can play whenever you feel like it.  We are talking about classics like the original Unreal Tournament, Chrono Divide which is C&C Red Alert 2 with a different name, Half-Life: Deathmatch, Doom, Quake 2 and 3.  They aren’t all located on the same webpage, it’s not like NewGrounds has returned but the links from Ars will take you where you desire.

As is tradition, all these games have their own Discord you can join if you so desire.  The work that went into these is impressive, and thanks to being web based you can play these on Windows, Linux or Mac without extra effort.  Check them out when you have a chance!
